Built by a parent, for parents

It started with two hearths.

When my family went through a separation, my kids were suddenly moving between two homes. I wanted to create something that could give them continuity, agency, and a shared world that travelled with them.

The first idea became The Tale of the Two Hearths: two young heroes discovering that home can change shape without love and belonging disappearing. From there came The Three Pines — and eventually Aginaire.

Questions families ask

A few things worth knowing.

What is Aginaire?

Aginaire is a family story platform where real-life moments can unlock story progress and children make choices that shape what happens next.

Is this just a chores app?

No. Aginaire can recognize routines and helping, but the goal is narrative consequence and family connection rather than a productivity dashboard for children.

What is The Three Pines?

The Three Pines is Aginaire’s first world: a high-fantasy family adventure built around a persistent map, shared quests, and meaningful choices.

How do choices change the story?

Choices are designed to affect later scenes, routes, discoveries, and memories so children can recognize the path their family took.

Is Aginaire private?

Privacy is part of the product foundation. Some public-launch controls — including final policies, retention, export, and deletion flows — are still being completed, so we will not call them finished before they are.

Who is Aginaire for?

It is being designed for families with young children who want shared stories, meaningful choices, and a calmer alternative to passive screen time.
